This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of IPTV Online Player | Live TV ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the application (the "App"). The App is a media player: it plays IPTV streams and playlists that you supply — typically an M3U or M3U8 link or file from your own provider. Installing or using the App means you accept the practices set out below. If they are not acceptable to you, please do not use the App.

1. Our Privacy Commitment

The App is built to work without knowing who you are. No account, no registration, and no sign-in is required, and we do not ask for your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number.

2. Your Playlists and Streams

Any playlist URL, M3U or M3U8 file, channel list, EPG link, or login credential you enter for your own IPTV provider is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to us, not copied to our servers, and not shared with third parties. We cannot see your playlists, the channels in them, or what you watch. Removing a playlist in the App, clearing the App's data, or uninstalling the App erases that information from your device.

3. Information Collected Automatically

To keep the App running and to improve it, we and our service providers may process limited technical information:

  • Device model and manufacturer
  • Operating system version and App version
  • Device language and general region
  • Google Advertising ID
  • Anonymous usage statistics (which screens are opened, how often the App is used)
  • Crash logs and diagnostic reports

None of this identifies you personally.

4. Why This Information Is Processed

The technical data above is used to operate and maintain the App, diagnose crashes and playback problems, understand overall usage patterns, deliver and measure advertising, activate and restore subscriptions, and improve performance and features. We do not sell or rent information to anyone.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for personalised advertising), on performing the service you requested (running the App), on our legitimate interests (stability, security, improvement), and on compliance with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Libraries and Services

The App integrates the following third-party components, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Google AdMob — advertising
  • Firebase — analytics and crash reporting
  • Meta Audience Network — advertising
  • AppLovin — advertising
  • Mintegral — advertising
  • ExoPlayer / media playback libraries — video and audio playback
  • Google Play billing — subscription payments

We do not control how these providers process data and encourage you to review their policies.

6. Advertising

Users without a subscription see advertising supplied by the networks listed above. These networks may use your Google Advertising ID and comparable technical signals to select ads, including personalised ones where permitted by law. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or switch off ad personalisation, at any time in Android's settings. An active subscription removes advertising from the App.

7. Subscription and Payment Information

The App offers an optional subscription that removes advertising and unlocks its premium features. Payment is handled end to end by the Google Play billing system: card numbers and billing details go to Google under Google's own privacy policy and never reach us. What we receive is an anonymous purchase token, used only to activate your subscription and restore it after a reinstall or device change. Purchase records are retained no longer than tax and accounting rules require.

8. Permissions

The App requests only what its features need:

  • INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — connect to the streams in your playlist and detect whether a connection is available.
  • ACCESS_WIFI_STATE — check the network type so playback quality can be adjusted.
  • WAKE_LOCK — keep the screen awake while you are watching.
  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS — show playback controls and App notifications.

Permissions can be revoked at any time in Android's settings; the corresponding feature will stop working until they are granted again.

9. Content Disclaimer

We do not host, supply, broadcast, stream, or store any television channel, film, or other media content. The App is an empty player until you add your own playlist, and every stream played comes from a source you provide. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the legality, availability, or quality of that content. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights or a valid subscription for anything you stream, and for complying with the law in your country. Any complaint about specific content should be directed to the provider of that stream, not to us.

10. Data Security and Retention

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards protect the information processed through the App. Playlist data stays on your device for as long as you keep it there; analytics and crash data are retained according to each provider's settings. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

11. International Transfers

The service providers named above may process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate legal safeguards.

12. Your Privacy Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and restriction over your personal data, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to complain to your Data Protection Authority. Residents of certain US states have comparable rights, including opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. 13. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where regional law sets that threshold), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Anything received in error is deleted once identified. A subscription purchased by a minor requires a parent's or guardian's prior consent, and we recommend parents enable purchase authentication in Google Play so that no charge completes on a child's device without approval.

14. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version, together with its effective date, is always published on this page. Continued use of the App after an update means the update is accepted.
